      Detecting and conducting replacement process in aerial spares and components.●      Conducting surface damage analysis (corrosion, erosion) tribology.●      Conducting standard test of surface engineering processes with cooperation of laboratories.●      Auditing all technologies and processes of plating and coating.●      Conducting research project of designing new processes and technologies for substitution of aerial coating.●      Consulting in selecting necessary technology and processes for establishment of new plating lines.●      Developing new technology in aerial components and helicopter spares.●      Granting admission to university students to carry out universities projects in joint with science- based institutes and universities at masters and PHD degrees.
