GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS (HE-VT) 76/62mm naval ammunition is a high explosive round intended for firing against a wide range of targets either surface, coastal or in the air. It is used against surface and coastal targets by a point detonating fuze, and against air targets by a radio proximity fuze.
